A Skybound Masterpiece: The Credor Goldfeather GBCF999
Share

Credor has redefined watchmaking art with the Goldfeather GBCF999, a timepiece that feels more like a poetic sculpture than a traditional wristwatch. At its heart is a soaring bird motif brought to life through centuries-old Japanese urushi lacquer techniques, raden and kirikane, meticulously hand-applied by master artisan Isshu Tamura. From shimmering mother-of-pearl inlays to delicate gold accents and a bird-shaped tourbillon bridge, the entire dial tells a story of flight and light, where every detail flows upward toward the Credor logo like a bird ascending into the sky. Flip the watch over and the movement is just as breathtaking. The new Caliber 6850 is decorated to evoke feathers fanning out from the center tourbillon, hand-engraved with a precision that gives even the smallest grooves dimension and motion. It offers a 60-hour power reserve in an ultra-slim profile, and is assembled by Japanese master watchmaker Katsuo Saito himself. Housed in polished Platinum 950 and limited to just 10 pieces worldwide, this Goldfeather isn’t just a technical marvel, it’s a celebration of craft, nature, and time itself.
